Street Icon — Return & Refund Policy

At Street Icon, operated by DVS Commerce Ltd, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 28 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
Free from odours, marks, or damage caused after receipt
We do not accept returns on final sale items.
2. Return Shipping
A flat rate return shipping fee of £3.99 applies to all returns, deducted from your refund. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
3. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. The only deduction from your refund will be the £3.99 return shipping fee.
4. How to Return
Contact us at office@streeticon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item and place a new order for a different size or colour.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact us at office@streeticon.co.uk within 28 days with your order number and photos. Return shipping will be covered by Street Icon and a full refund or replacement arranged.
