Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship within the UK only. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed — occasional delays may occur due to high demand or carrier disruption.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available depending on the carrier service used.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. Street Icon is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at office@streeticon.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
