UK delivery charges
- Orders of £49 or more: Free standard UK delivery.
- Orders below £49: £2.99 standard Royal Mail delivery.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing and dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays may be processed on the next working day. During busy periods, dispatch may take longer; we will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Estimated delivery time
Standard UK delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
Delivery destinations
We currently offer shipping to eligible UK addresses shown at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we cannot accept an order for delivery there.
Tracking and delivery issues
If tracking information is available for your shipment, we will provide it by email or through your order details. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
