References to “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these Terms and Conditions refer to Street Icon Studio Ltd. References to “you” or “your” refer to the customer placing an order.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods through streeticon.co.uk. They do not govern use of the website itself — for that, please see our Website Terms of Use.

3. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom or any other territory to which we agree to ship. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. How a Contract is Formed

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract between you and Street Icon Studio Ltd is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. Our order confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.

We reserve the right to decline any order prior to confirmation, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

5. Product Information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizing, and material information are accurate. However, due to variations in screen colour calibration, the appearance of products may differ slightly from images displayed online. This does not constitute a defect.

All products are sold subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• We currently ship to UK addresses. International shipping availability is shown at checkout.
• Free standard UK shipping is available on orders over £60.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery.
• Ownership (title) of the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason (the cooling-off period).

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires by emailing office@streeticon.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to cancel.

Following cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return, whichever is earlier). Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

9. Returns and Refunds

Beyond the statutory cooling-off period, we accept returns within 28 days of your delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be free from odours, marks, or damage caused after receipt
• Final sale items are non-returnable (this will be clearly stated at point of purchase)

To initiate a return, contact us at office@streeticon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. A return shipping fee of £3.99 (deducted from your refund) applies. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

10. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at office@streeticon.co.uk within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a free return, and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Your statutory rights for faulty goods extend beyond 30 days — please contact us and we will assess the situation in line with your legal entitlements.

11. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for a different size or colour.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, and sale pricing are applied at checkout and are subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise:

• One discount code may be applied per order
• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders
• We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time without notice
• Promotions may not apply to sale items unless stated

Street Icon™ is a registered UK trademark. All website content, product designs, logos, graphics, photography, and written copy are the intellectual property of Street Icon Studio Ltd or its licensors, protected by UK and international intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our website shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased in that order.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For consumer disputes, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts. For business disputes, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last update. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed before the update date.
